In case you misplace, loose, destroy your keycard or key of your flat door then the following charges apply for us to open the door for you:

If you need a Keycard replacement the cost is €25.00

Mobile Key (Using Assa Abloy mobile app) where applicable (Buildings EKATERINI I, EKATEINI II, EKATERINI III and NATASA); €5.00 Registration per Flat and then €20.00 Mobile Key activation per user.  In case this service is activated at a later stage and not at the beginning of the contract, activation fee is charged proportionately on a whole month usage basis.

If you need a Mailbox key replacement the cost is €15.00
